About me
Bryan Campoy serves as the Director of Innovative Programs at Kern High School District, where he oversees categorical funding, the Homeless and Foster Youth program, the Student Attendance Review Board (SARB), Attendance Accounting, compliance for the district’s independent studies hybrid program, Kern Learn. He co-chairs the Truancy Reduction & Attendance Coalition of Kern (TRACK). Since April 2016, he has been a conference presenter on truancy for CASCWA and an organizer of the Central California Truancy Summit. He also co-chairs the Attendance Awareness Month Campaign, a role he has held since August 2014, and hosts the CASCWA Connections: Building Bridges to Better Attendance Webinar Series. Furthermore, Bryan is a member of the California State SARB, contributing to statewide efforts to improve student attendance and reduce truancy.
