About me
Cori Coffey began her career in Special Education over 25 years ago. She spent some of her early years in Riverside County working as a Resource Specialist. After several years of serving students in traditional public schools, she continued in Special Education within the charter school arena working as an Administrator for one of California's largest independent study charter schools. She joined the Classical Academies in 2012, where she is currently the Chief of Staff. Cori earned her Master’s in Special Education from Chapman University and her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Sociology from Gordon College. She has a huge passion for special education and seeing all students reach their potential. It’s on honor to be on CCIS board and support the IS movement.
