We hear a lot of talk about mindfulness and mindfulness with students, but is this really worth it? Yes! So, how do we teach and practice mindfulness with our students? During this workshop we will look at how mindfulness can be used and taught to our students, and what they and you will get from the practice both in the short and long-term.
