This session will share the best practices and takeaways from a self developed Leadership Development Program (LDP) within an established independent study charter school. Some key topics within the Program include: Communication, Teamwork, Data Analysis, Influencing Others, Social Capital, Empowering Others and Change Management. Successes and challenges within the program will be shared and how to best impact student growth and success through collaborative work through these topics.
