2025 CCIS Winter Conference

I am the Science Specialist at Oak Park Independent School (OPIS) where I teach middle- and high-school. I have been an educator in the Conejo Valley area since 1997, teaching in both the Moorpark USD and Oak Park USD. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with all of my students. For six years prior to joining the teaching staff at OPIS, I was the Director of Instrumental Music at Oak Park High School.I have a Master's of Education degree which I earned at Concordia University, Irvine. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Music Education. I also has an A.A. in Business from L.A. Pierce College.I live in Moorpark with my wife, Kati. Together we enjoy camping, hiking, photography and gourmet cooking.
