Salvador (Sal) Navarrete Jr. is an innovative educator and leader currently serving as the principal of Kerman Unified Online School. Born and raised in Fresno, California, he overcame challenges growing up as a first-generation college student. Sal graduated from California State University, Fresno, with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and began teaching at Kerman High School in 2004, earning recognition for his dedication and passion as an educator. Throughout his 20 years, he has assumed various roles, including learning director, lead counselor, and assistant principal, always demonstrating his commitment to supporting student success. Sal shares his knowledge and experience, inspiring others to make positive differences in education and leadership.
